The INFINITI Q40 (formerly G Sedan)
THE END OF A REVOLUTION
The INFINITI Q40 (formerly known as the G Sedan) helped to revolutionize the luxury car as we know it. While production on Q40 came to a close long ago, INFINITI’s lineup of luxury vehicles has only grown in style and innovation since –including the spiritual successor to the G Sedan, the artful INFINITI Q50.
One Last Look At A Long Standing Favorite
The Q40 sports sedan boasted many of the breakthrough features you've come to expect from INFINITI vehicles.
Standard Vehicle Dynamic Control (VDC) [] with Traction Control System (TCS)
The Q40 was equipped with innovative traction technologies like Vehicle Dynamic Control (VDC) to help correct oversteer or understeer and keep the vehicle on its steered path, and a Traction Control System (TCS) to help enhance rear-wheel grip when accelerating. These confidence-inspiring features can be found throughout the INFINITI vehicle lineup.
Intelligent All-Wheel Drive (AWD)
The Q40 AWD featured INFINITI's ATTESA E-TS® (Advanced Total Traction Engineering System for All Electronic Torque Split) Intelligent All-Wheel Drive—a state-of-the-art system that delivers power where and when you need it. By automatically diverting up to 50% of the power to the front wheels, the system enhances control in adverse conditions. When AWD is not needed, it sends 100% of the power to the rear wheels for serious road performance.
INFINITI Navigation System
The available INFINITI Navigation System[] enhanced your Q40 journey, no matter how great the distance. This system includes: INFINITI Voice Recognition, a high-res touchscreen supporting Birdview™ perspective control, detailed traffic information with NavTraffic[], comprehensive weather forecasts with NavWeather[], as well as Lane Guidance to indicate the correct lane to be in when approaching an exit.
