Takata Airbag Safety Recall
Information
Certain INFINITI vehicles may have a defective airbag which needs to be repaired immediately in the event of a crash, the airbag could explode, shooting metal pieces at the driver and passengers, causing serious injury or death. If your vehicle is affected by this recall, we encourage you to take immediate action to have your vehicles repaired for free at an authorized INFINITI Retailer.
INFINITI is issuing an immediate DO NOT DRIVE warning for certain model year 2002-2003 INFINITI QX4 vehicles in the United States and Canada affected by open Takata airbag recalls. INFINITI strongly advises drivers not to drive affected vehicles until the FREE repair has been completed.
