What You'll Need

• MyINFINITI app (latest version)
• Active INFINITI InTouch Connected Services subscription
• MyINFINITI account credentials
• Your vehicle's VIN (Vehicle Identification Number)
• Personal contact information for emergency contacts
• Valid credit card for subscription (if not already activated)
• Driver's license or ID for identity verification

What You'll Do

1. Download and Sign in
• Download MyINFINITI app from App Store or Google Play
• Open the app and select "Sign In" or "Create Account"Enter your MyINFINITI credentials or complete registration process
• Accept terms and conditions and privacy policy

2. Connect Your Vehicle
• Select "Add Vehicle" from the main menu
• Enter your vehicle's 17-digit VIN (found on dashboard or driver's door)
• Confirm vehicle details are correct
• Complete vehicle verification process as prompted

3. Activate Emergency Features
• Go to "Services" or "Connected Services" in the app
• Select "Emergency Services" or "Safety & Security"
• Tap "Activate Services" button
• Review the subscription packages and select desired plan
• Complete payment information if required
• Verify your identity through provided options

Note: Complete setup typically takes 15-20 minutes. Some features require in-vehicle confirmation. Emergency services are active immediately after successful setup completion. 

1. Emergency Contacts
• Navigate to "Profile" or "Account Settings"
• Select "Emergency Contacts" option
• Tap "Add Contact" button
• Enter name, relationship, and contact information
• Choose notification preferences for each contact
• Tap "Save" to confirm each contact
• Add additional contacts as needed (up to 5)

2. Customize Emergency Preferences
• Go to "Emergency Services Settings"
• Review and set preferences for:
• Automatic Collision Notification sensitivity
• SOS button preferences
• Roadside assistance defaults
• Stolen vehicle recovery authorization
• Set communication preferences (text, call, email)
• Configure emergency alert settings
• Save all preferences

3. Verify Activation
• Return to main dashboard
• Look for "Connected" status indicator
• Test features through "System Check" option
• Review confirmation email sent to your registered address
• Complete in-vehicle setup by pressing the SOS button once
• Wait for test call and confirm connection with service center

If you need Roadside Assistance, just touch the icon on your INFINITI vehicle display to access the voice menu, and say the words “Roadside Assistance.” You’ll be connected to a Response Specialist who can assist with dispatching third-party services to your location. You can also contact Roadside Assistance using the MyINFINITI app.

Roadside Assistance is dependent on an operational device in the vehicle, and GPS and cellular coverage.

Automatic Collision Notification triggers a connection from the car to the INFINITI InTouch Emergency Response Center when the vehicle has been involved in a collision event. A specially trained Response Specialist will assist in the dispatch of emergency services to the vehicle if requested, or if the occupant is unresponsive. The Response Specialist will remain on the line with the occupant of the vehicle until assistance arrives and can also notify the emergency contact on file.

Automatic Collision Notification is dependent on if there is an operational device in the vehicle, GPS and cellular coverage.

In the event that a collision is detected, the collision report feature automatically captures information about the incident, including time, location, speed, and sensor data. Users are also able to add important details such as tow provider information and photos of the vehicle damage.

In the event that a collision is minor and undetected, owners are still able to create a collision report to capture important details.

No. While this information is necessary for insurance related purposes, the collision report is intended to document details related to vehicle damage in order to assist in the repair process.

The report will be available to download in the MyINFINITI app for 10 years.

INFINITI has a list of collision repair shops that are part of the INFINITI Certified Repair Network. These participating repair providers are vetted by INFINITI to ensure they have the correct tools, equipment, and training to repair INFINITI vehicles to the manufacturer standard.
