Connected Garage

• Verify you have a myQ-enabled opener or Smart Garage® Control device
• Download myQ app, create account, and connect garage devices
• Test garage door control via myQ app before proceeding

1. Power on parked vehicle
2. Open Apps list → select 'myQ Garage'
3. Scan QR code with your phone
4. Sign in to myQ (or tap "Learn More" if new user)
5. Authorize connection on both devices
6. Your vehicle is now linked

1. Park in driveway, outside garage
2. Open myQ Garage app in vehicle
3. Tap edit icon → set garage door as default
4. Enable 'Geofencing Mode'
5. Tap 'Add' → 'Set Garage Location'
6. Tap 'Set' when location appears
7. Adjust desired geofencing range

Note: Performance may vary based on location and GPS signal.

Currently, myQ Connected Garage is only available within the United States and Canada.

Currently, myQ Connected Garage is available on the 2025 QX80 and 2026 QX80, as well as the 2026 QX60. Compatible Garage Door device required.

Getting Started

1. myQ access controls require a myQ enabled Garage Door Opener or a Smart Garage (R) Control device. For more information about compatible devices, visit the myQ website.
2. If you are new to myQ, download the myQ app onto your mobile device, create an account, and sign in.
3. Connect your myQ connected garage door devices via myQ app using the onscreen setup tutorial and ensure they are controllable via myQ mobile app before linking.
4. Be sure your vehicle is parked safely either inside or outside of your garage before beginning.
5. Ensure there are no garage door obstructions.

Onboarding Instructions

1. Power on your vehicle and remain in the parked position.
2. Navigate to the Apps list and select myQ Garage.
3. Scan the QR Code using your mobile device.
   a. This will take you to a myQ | INFINITI welcome page.
4. On your mobile device, tap Sign In if you are an existing myQ User.
   a. If you are a new myQ user, tap Learn More to get signed up.
5. Review Authorization ‘Consent’ and tap Authorize.
6. Review ‘Disclaimer’ on the vehicle touchscreen and tap OK.
7. Your vehicle is now linked to your myQ Garage Door Device(s).

1. Power on your vehicle and remain in the parked position.
2. Navigate to the Apps list and select myQ Garage.
3. Tap on ‘Logout’

The service is included for 3 years in vehicles with an active INFINITI InTouch Services Premium package subscription.

Ensure your INFINITI vehicle is compatible and follow the account linking process.

Yes, Co-Owners can link their myQ Connected Garage account to a myQ compatible INFINITI vehicle.

myQ Connected Garage does not support Guest, Friends, and Family Accounts at this time.

myQ devices can only control/monitor garage door openers through the status/controls on the in-vehicle touchscreen display. No gate, lock, or light controls are available.

1. Power on your vehicle and remain in the parked position.
2. Position your vehicle in your driveway, outside of the garage door.
3. Navigate to the Apps list and select ‘myQ Garage’.
4. Tap on your garage door pencil edit icon and ensure your GDO is set as default.
5. Enable ‘Geofencing Mode’ then tap on ‘Add’ to ‘Set Garage Location’.
6. Tap ‘Set’ when you see your location on the displayed map.
7. Set ‘Geofencing Range (ft)’ to your preferred performance.

Note: Performance may vary depending on your geographic location and GPS signal/availability.

myQ Connected Garage uses internet connectivity to control the garage door and check its status remotely, while HomeLink uses radio frequency for line-of-sight control. [[5643]][[5573]]

- 2025 QX60 LUXE trims and above

Vehicles with myQ Connected Garage:
- 2026 QX60 (all trims)
- 2026 QX80 (all trims)

Vehicles with both HomeLink and myQ Connected Garage:
- 2026 QX60 LUXE trims and above
- 2026 QX80 SPORT & AUTOGRAPH

The 2025 INFINITI QX80 does not include HomeLink, instead it features myQ® Connected Garage. 

The device code expires after 5 minutes once populated on the account linking screen. Navigate back to the In-Vehicle Infotainment apps menu and re-select myQ Garage App to reset the device code.
