Do I need a subscription to use INFINITI InTouch?

It depends on what features you want to use. Most vehicles come with some built-in features that do not require a subscription, including the Bluetooth Hands-free Phone System. To access features like notifications and alerts, roadside assistance, trip planning and remote access, a subscription is required.[[5506]]

How much do INFINITI InTouch services cost?

If you purchased your vehicle new, you may have a trial available, but you will need to enroll to take advantage of the trial. After the trial is over, you can continue to use INFINITI InTouch Services with a subscription to the features that matter the most to you. [[5506]]

How can I sign up for the INFINITI InTouch® Services Premium trial?

Visit the Owner Portal to enroll for and manage services.

Once the Select package trial expires, can I enroll in the Select package individually?

The Select package has a trial period depending on Model Year and Vehicle. Once the Select package trial period ends, the Select package is exclusively bundled with the INFINITI InTouch® Services Premium package. During your enrollment in the Premium package, you will have access to all features included in the Select package.

I bought an INFINITI Certified Pre-Owned vehicle. Am I eligible for InTouch Services?

Yes, Certified Pre-Owned vehicles are eligible for a 3-month InTouch Services Premium trial. Visit the Owner Portal to enroll for and manage services.
