  1. Why can't I hear the other end of my call?

    Can't hear the other person on the line? These tips can help make sure you have a clear two-way conversation.

    Turn up the volume.
    Make sure you don't have a headphone plugged into your device.
    Make sure your phone is not on mute.
    Make sure the noise inside your vehicle is kept to a minimum (e.g., turn off radio, air conditioning).
    Restart your phone call.
    Restart your device and vehicle.
    Turn off Bluetooth (if on), then turn it on again. 
    Remove the pairing on your device and vehicle, then pair them again.

  2. What do I do if my phone call quality is poor?

    Is your phone call hard to hear due to static or background noise? Check out these tips to improve your conversations.

    Place your device close to the package to maximize signal strength.
    Make sure your device is fully charged as low battery level might impact the connection.
    Turn off Bluetooth on other devices to avoid interference.
    Disable Wi-Fi.
