Maintenance Alert will inform you when a malfunction indicator light (MIL) is triggered in your vehicle, keeping you informed about the state of your INFINITI even when you’re not in it. This alert is in addition to your Vehicle Health Report, which will also show the malfunction. Your Vehicle Health Report is sent to your email on a monthly basis, and is also available to view on your smartphone app. []
Notifications can be triggered by any of the following sub-system malfunctions: low battery, low tire or oil pressure, brake, airbag or engine issues. When a notification is received, INFINITI InTouch™ Services will include recommendations on how to follow up on each alert.
On the MyINFINITI Owner Portal or smartphone app, select whether you want to be notified by email, text, push notification, or in-vehicle message when an alert is triggered.
