How To Use Amazon Alexa
This service requires an active subscription to INFINITI Skill Services [[2445]] – available through included trial following a new INFINITI purchase/lease [[2445]]. As an added security measure, a PIN is required before the Remote Door Lock/Unlock and Remote Engine Start/Stop features can be used. This PIN is established when enrolling in INFINITI Skill Services. If you have not yet enrolled in INFINITI Skill Services or need to reset your PIN, download the MyINFINITI app or visit the MyINFINITI Owner Portal.
Before first use, you must link your MyINFINITI Owner Portal account with your Alexa-enabled device. For more information on enabling the INFINITI Skill Services Skill for your equipped and enrolled INFINITI call our INFINITI Skill Services customer support agents at 1-855-444-7244, Monday through Friday, 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM Central Time.

Connect with a vehicle and launch a request
"Alexa, connect to my Q50 with INFINITI Skill Services."

Select a specific vehicle

"Alexa, select my QX60 with INFINITI Skill Services."
Remotely lock or unlock vehicle doors
"Alexa, unlock the doors of my Q60 using INFINITI Skill Services."

Remotely sound the horn and flash the lights

How To Use Amazon Alexa
This service requires an active subscription to INFINITI Connection [[2445]], which is included for the first six months of ownership. As an added security measure, a PIN is required before the Remote Door Lock/Unlock features can be used. This PIN is established when enrolling in INFINITI Connection. If you have not yet enrolled in INFINITI Connection or need to reset your PIN, download the INFINITI Connection app or visit the MyINFINITI Owner Portal.

If you purchased your vehicle new, you may have a complimentary trial available, but you will need to enroll to take advantage of that trial. It’s never been easier to get started, just follow the steps below.
