Security Photos

With Security Photos, the INFINITI Dash Cam Recorder will take photos when the shock sensor is triggered from an indication of theft, vandalism, or parked collision.

Easily access photos and videos from your INFINITI Dash Cam Recorder when triggered in an event of vandalism or crash available on the vehicles touchscreen display. Receive real-time photos in the MyINFINITI app.

Additional photos and videos can be accessed on the INFINITI Dash Cam Recorder on the vehicles touchscreen display. To download photos and videos from the touchscreen display, you can download the INFINITI Dash Cam Recorder app.

Owners can get advice on complimentary towing to a certified repair network (CRN) facility within 50 miles. Certified Repair Network facilities are vetted by INFINITI to ensure participating collision repair providers have Genuine part replacement, correct tools, equipment, and training.

Collision reporting allows users to compile important information and photos into one consolidated report, share it with the INFINITI Certified Repair Shop in your area or save it for your own records.

Alarm Notification

Get notified in real-time if your INFINITI's vehicle alarm is triggered. Just select your notification preference from the MyINFINITI app and you'll receive an email, text, or push notification when your alarm goes off. [[5550]]

How do I request Roadside Assistance?

If you need Roadside Assistance, just touch the icon on your INFINITI vehicle display to access the voice menu, and say the words “Roadside Assistance.” You’ll be connected to a Response Specialist who can assist with dispatching third-party services to your location. You can also contact Roadside Assistance using the MyINFINITI app.

Roadside Assistance is dependent on an operational device in the vehicle, and GPS and cellular coverage.

How does Automatic Collision Notification work?

Automatic Collision Notification triggers a connection from the car to the INFINITI InTouch Emergency Response Center when the vehicle has been involved in a collision event. A specially trained Response Specialist will assist in the dispatch of emergency services to the vehicle if requested, or if the occupant is unresponsive. The Response Specialist will remain on the line with the occupant of the vehicle until assistance arrives and can also notify the emergency contact on file.

Automatic Collision Notification is dependent on if there is an operational device in the vehicle, GPS and cellular coverage.

What type of information can be reported in the Collision Reporting feature?

In the event that a collision is detected, the collision report feature automatically captures information about the incident, including time, location, speed, and sensor data. Users are also able to add important details such as tow provider information and photos of the vehicle damage.

What if the vehicle did not detect my collision?

In the event that a collision is minor and undetected, owners are still able to create a collision report to capture important details.

Can I add third party information to the report like witnesses or involved parties?

No. While this information is necessary for insurance related purposes, the collision report is intended to document details related to vehicle damage in order to assist in the repair process.

How long will the report live in the App?

The report will be available to download in the MyINFINITI app for 10 years.

What is a Certified Repair Network (CRN) Shop?

INFINITI has a list of collision repair shops that are part of the INFINITI Certified Repair Network. These participating repair providers are vetted by INFINITI to ensure they have the correct tools, equipment, and training to repair INFINITI vehicles to the manufacturer standard.
