In the event of a collision, this feature will connect you (via hands-free voice call) to a live Response Specialist who can request emergency services on your behalf, if needed. The Response Specialist can also notify any pre-registered emergency contacts of the event, and will stay on the line until help arrives. [[2445]]

  4. How does Automatic Collision Notification work?

    Automatic Collision Notification [[2322]] triggers a connection from the car to the INFINITI InTouch Services Emergency Response Center when the vehicle has been involved in a collision event and/or if the airbags have deployed. A specially trained Response Specialist will assist in the dispatch of emergency services to the vehicle if requested, or if the occupant is unresponsive. The Response Specialist will remain on the line with the occupant of the vehicle until assistance arrives and can calso notify the the emergency contact on file. Automatic Collision Notification is dependent on an operational device in the vehicle, and GPS and cellular coverage.
