With what devices is my Bluetooth vehicle compatible?
Bluetooth compatibility will vary based on the vehicle model and trim. Check Device Compatibility to determine availability.

What Bluetooth phones are compatible?
Not all Bluetooth phones are compatible. Phones must have the Bluetooth hands-free profile and be listed as an INFINITI-recommended phone to ensure compatibility and quality operation.We do that by continually evaluating existing and newly released Bluetooth phones.

What software version is compatible for my vehicle's Bluetooth connection?
When a software version is noncompatible, calling functions, like making, accepting, and ending phone calls, do not function properly and/or the Bluetooth connection is not stable. Check Device Compatibility, and update to the latest compatible software version listed for your device. If you're still having trouble, contact us.

Why is my Bluetooth phone not listed?
Existing Bluetooth phones that are not listed are either being tested for compatibility if new, or are not recommended because they have not passed INFINITI's testing. Calling functions, like making, accepting, and ending phone calls, did not function properly and/or the Bluetooth connection was not stable. If your phone is not listed, limited functions may be available, but the system will not operate correctly or to its fullest capability.
