Customer Questions

Visit our FAQs for any questions, queries or concerns you might have regarding INFINITI InTouch, subscription options and more.

  1. What is Bluetooth?

Bluetooth is a wireless technology that enables connectivity between multiple electronic devices by utilizing a 2.4 GHz radio spectrum that has a range of approximately 30 feet.
Bluetooth will allow you to use your cell phone hands-free in the vehicle.
For more information about Bluetooth wireless technology, please visit www.bluetooth.com

  2. Is my vehicle compatible with Bluetooth?

Bluetooth compatibility will vary based on the vehicle model and trim. Check Device Compatibility to determine availability.

  3. Is my vehicle compatible with Bluetooth?

Not all Bluetooth phones are compatible.
Phones must have the Bluetooth hands-free profile and be listed as an infiniti-recommended phone to ensure compatibility and quality operation.
We do that by continually evaluating existing and newly released Bluetooth phones.
Want to see if your device is compatible? Check Device Compatibility.

  4. Is my Bluetooth phone compatible with my vehicle?

When a software version is noncompatible, calling functions, like making, accepting, and ending phone calls, do not function properly and/or the Bluetooth connection is not stable.
Check Device Compatibility, and update to the latest compatible software version listed for your device.
If youre still having trouble, contact us.

  5. Why is my Bluetooth phone not listed as a compatible device?

Existing Bluetooth phones that are not listed are either being tested for compatibility if new, or are not recommended, because they have not passed INFINITI's testing.
Calling functions, like making, accepting, and ending phone calls, did not function properly and/or the Bluetooth connection was not stable.
If your phone is not listed, limited functions may be available, but the system will not operate correctly or to its fullest capability.
Want to see if your device is listed? Check Device Compatibility.
