Hydraulic Body Motion Control System
1:04 Demonstration Video
(2011 Infiniti QX shown)
Experience the benefits of motion control. Infiniti engineers complimented the power and size of the QX with innovative technology to augment cornering. The Hydraulic Body Motion Control system monitors force and distributes variable pressure to either the outer or inner suspension. The result is one you'll feel with minimized body lean and a smoother ride at all speeds.
Blind Spot Warning

(2011 Infiniti M® shown)
Infiniti's intuitive Blind Spot Warning System[*] helps alert the driver to vehicles detected in the blind spot area. An indicator light illuminates if the presence of another vehicle is detected in the blind spot area. If the driver engages the turn signal, the indicator flashes and an audible warning sounds.
Distance Control Technologies

(2009 Infiniti FX® shown)
Infiniti has transformed the way you interact with traffic with distance control technologies that help you move with the flow. When activated, Intelligent Cruise Control (Full-Speed Range)[*] provides the benefits of cruise control with the options of adding speed and distance intervals. In slowing traffic, Intelligent Cruise Control (Full-Speed Range) provides the added advantage of slowing your vehicle as traffic slows, helping you maintain distance — then, as traffic flow picks up, accelerates to your pre-set speed and distance. Industry-first Distance Control Assist[*], intuitively helps the driver release the throttle and applies the brakes as needed in slowing traffic.

To help enhance rear-wheel grip when accelerating, the Traction Control System senses wheelspin and automatically reduces engine output and/or brakes the spinning wheel to help give you a surer foothold. Acting in tandem with the Traction Control System, Vehicle Dynamic Control[*] (VDC) compares actual vehicle cornering performance to the driver’s input, adjusting power levels and applying appropriate brake pressure to individual wheels to help correct oversteer or understeer, helping keep the vehicle on the steered path.
Around View® Monitor
0:36 Demonstration Video
(2013 Infiniti JX35 shown)
Infiniti introduced the world's first Around View® Monitor[*], delivering advanced yet intuitive technology, helping to make parking easier. Four cameras positioned around the vehicle give you a virtual 360° bird's eye view on your display. Infiniti has now enhanced the system with Moving Object Detection[*] - alerting the driver to moving objects that are detected. Offering a new perspective of the world around you, the vehicle helps you navigate even the tightest spaces.

Lane Departure Prevention [*] (LDP) helps keep you vehicle from unintentionally drifting from your lane. The available system utilizes a camera to monitor the distance between the vehicle and the lane markings, and when the vehicle drifts unintentionally towards the lane markers, the system first sounds an audible warning. Then it will lightly apply selected brakes to help ease your vehicle back into its lane.
Intelligent Brake Assist with Forward Collision Warning
1:00 Demonstration Video
(2009 Infiniti FX shown)
Using the system's laser range finder, Forward Collision Warning (FCW)[*] helps alert the driver of a potential collision by providing a visual and audible warning. If the driver doesn't respond, and a collision cannot be avoided, Intelligent Brake Assist (IBA)[*] automatically engages the brakes to help reduce collision speed and impact, helping to mitigate the consequences of the accident.
