The Infiniti Coaches’ Charity Challenge

Infiniti presented an expanded challenge for 2012, with 48 of the nation’s top NCAA Division I Men’s Basketball coaches competing for online votes to win $100,000 for their designated charity.


After eight weeks and almost half a million total votes, Coach Thad Matta of Ohio State University was crowned the winner, earning $100,000 for the Ronald McDonald House of Columbus. In addition, all the participating coaches’ charities received $5,000 from Infiniti.

The Infiniti “Round by Round” Bracket Challenge

For the second year in a row, Infiniti sponsored the “Round by Round” bracket challenge to benefit Coaches vs. Cancer, which is a collaboration between the American Cancer Society and the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC).  Every correct pick by fans added to the final amount given to fight cancer, up to a possible $700,000 total.
