The Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) recently awarded the 2012 Infiniti M Sedan a 2012 Top Safety Pick (does not apply to M56x. For more information, see www.iihs.org.). To receive the award, the Infiniti M had to earn the top rating of ‘Good’ on all four IIHS safety evaluations and offer electronic stability control. The four safety
evaluations include frontal offset, side impact, roof strength, and rear crash protection tests.
