Infiniti Moments of Inspiration

Every August, the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance draws together tens of thousands of the world’s automotive enthusiasts to celebrate attention to detail, a commitment to excellence and the best in automotive innovation.

 

Infiniti once again made a splash during the Pebble Beach Concourse d’Elegance August 16–19, 2012 by partnering with Hearst Magazines for “The Infiniti Moments of Inspiration,” an annual salute to the best things in life.

 

The Infiniti Moments of Inspiration showcased the full line of Infiniti vehicles within an inspired setting featuring one-of-a-kind curated food and wine moments created by world-class chefs, as well as specialty tastings from unparalleled food purveyors.

Within the Infiniti Moments of Inspiration tent, our inspired guests were able to view the Infiniti LE concept, the Infiniti EMERGE-E concept, and the Formula One RB8.

 

This year, Hearst Magazines and Infiniti partnered to showcase Infiniti vehicles in a luxurious setting by inspiring guests with a series of epicurean moments. Whether it’s a cooking demonstration by a world-class chef or a specialty tasting from a notable food purveyor, our guests had an opportunity to explore the finest offerings from the world of food and wine. With our one-of-a-kind Food and Wine Moments, Infiniti aimed to give guests a taste of the best things in life.

    Chef Alexandra Guarnaschelli

    Alexandra began her culinary career working under American chef and restaurateur Larry Forgione. In 2003, Alexandra became the executive chef at Butter Restaurant, creating an eclectic green-market-inspired menu. She is also executive chef at The Darby and a recurring judge on the popular primetime series Chopped. She has also appeared on Iron Chef America and hosted Alex’s Day Off on Food Network.

    Chef Marcus Samuelsson

    Chef Marcus Samuelsson is an internationally acclaimed chef, author and philanthropist. He studied at culinary school in Sweden before heading to New York where he worked at the acclaimed restaurant Aquavit. In recent years, he was the winner of Top Chef Masters Season Two and Chopped All-Stars, winning money for UNICEF and C-CAP. In December 2010, Marcus opened Red Rooster Harlem and in March of 2012 opened Ginny’s Supper Club beneath Red Rooster. His memoir, Yes, Chef, topped the New York Times best-seller list in July of this year.
