SignatureDIRECTPAY® is a program offered by IFS that allows you the ability to make your monthly payment through an electronic transfer of funds from your bank to ours. This is also commonly referred to as ACH (Automated Clearing House).

All IFS customers whose accounts are not in default are eligible. At this time, the program is not available to customers in Guam, or Subaru Acceptance accounts.

To enroll, just download the form below or request the form by calling the Customer Service Department at 800.456.6622 (7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., CST). Upon completion of the enrollment form, mail or fax it for processing to:

IFS takes every measure to ensure your bank account information is protected. In the event an error occurs, your account will be corrected promptly. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately. You might want to contact your bank for more information on how errors are resolved.

You will receive written confirmation of your completed enrollment request, advising you of the date of the first scheduled draft from your bank account. (It normally takes 15 days for the initial set-up of your draft. You should continue to make your monthly payments until you receive the confirmation letter.)

Yes. You will continue to receive a monthly billing statement. Your statement will indicate that you are enrolled in the SignatureDIRECTPAY® program and will reflect the last draft amount applied to your account.

No. If the loan is prepaid to a future date, your bank account will not be drafted. This program will only draft on the due date each month a payment is due.

Example: Your next payment is due July 2nd.
Your electronic withdrawal occurs on July 2nd.
You mail an additional payment on July 15th.
Your next due date is August 2nd.
The date of the next electronic withdrawal would be September 2nd.

Not at this time. Only the payment amount will be drafted from your bank account.

Your bank or credit union will withdraw the payment on the next business day. You will receive credit for your payment on the actual due date.

Yes, you may change your payment due date. To obtain the necessary documents to complete the change, please contact our Customer Service Department by calling 1.800.456.6622 (7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., CST).

If you pay off your account within seven days of your monthly due date, your bank account will still be drafted, otherwise the payoff of the account will terminate future drafts. Should the draft occur on or following the payoff of your account the overpayment will be mailed to you within 21 days.

Your request must be received and processed at least seven days prior to the next scheduled payment due date.

Yes, you would be eligible for this program if you cancelled your draft and your account is not in default. You must notify the Customer Service Department at least 15 days prior to your due date to ensure your re-enrollment and draft occurs before your next payment due date.

If funds are not available in your bank account, the draft will be returned to IFS and the payment will be reversed from your account. Your account may be assessed applicable service fees for the returned draft. IFS is not responsible for bank charges assessed due to insufficient or stop payment fees.

Yes, you can make a payment by phone through Bill Matrix by calling 1.800.603.7385.

Yes. If your Infiniti is financed with IFS, you can make secure online loan payments to your IFS account by electronic check or credit card through BillMatrix. This low-cost service is fast and easy. Click here to make a payment now.

Call 1.800.325.6000 (8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., CST) for your nearest Western Union agent. At your agent location, fill out the blue Quick Collect form: Pay to NMAC, Code City, Nissan, Texas. You will present your cash payment to a Western Union independent agent to be applied directly to your IFS account.

Yes. E-Bill is available.  To sign up, simply go to your bank's online bill pay and look for Infiniti Financial Services under the "Biller" section.  Follow the instructions to turn on Infiniti Financial Services e-Bill and turn off paper statements.

No. You will receive a billing statement each month instead of a coupon book.

Yes, if you are a military member, you may enroll with Military Assistance Company (MAC) or through your Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) office.

Yes. You may request a duplicate billing statement by contacting our Customer Service Department at 1.800.456.6622 (7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., CST). The statement will not reflect any transactions that may have occurred from the time it was originally mailed.

Yes. You can mail your payment without the statement. Please include the entire account number on your check or money order.

Yes. We can change the address and mail to the address you provide.

It is possible that your last payment was not applied to your account before the billing statement was mailed. Statements are mailed each month 18 days prior to your due date.

If you have paid more than your regular payment, any funds remaining after the interest and principal is satisfied, are applied toward your unpaid principal balance. You also gain the benefit of this additional amount reducing the amount of your next monthly payment. If your payment is less than the regular monthly payment the difference due will be added to your next monthly payment.

Yes. Your account cannot be in default. We ask that you contact our Customer Service Department at 1.800.456.6622 (7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., CST) to verify if your account is eligible for a change in the payment due date. If eligible, you will be sent a contract modification letter. You will be required to sign the document and return it to our office to process the due date change.

The new due date will appear on your billing statement.

Yes. If you would like another party to assume the payments on your existing loan, that party will be required to submit a credit application to IFS for review. You should be aware that if the applicant is approved, you are not released of your contractual obligation and will remain on the loan as guarantor. After the credit approval, IFS will send the applicant a Transfer of Equity Agreement to sign and add the applicant to your loan. Yes. Your account may qualify for a payment extension. Please contact our Customer Service Department at 1.800.456.6622 (7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., CST) to assist you.

No. IFS will not negotiate the payoff balance on your loan.

For loan accounts, the final payment may be different; therefore the final payment is not drafted from your bank account.

The requirements may vary by state, therefore we ask that you contact our Customer Service Department at 1.800.456.6622 (7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., CST), and an associate will be happy to assist you with this information. In most cases, if you paid your loan in full with a personal check, the title will be released in 21 days. If you sent certified funds, the title will be released in seven to ten business days.

Your payoff amount on your loan is the unpaid principal balance plus any unpaid interest or finance charges. If you owe any unpaid late charges or miscellaneous fees these amounts are also included in your payoff.

Yes. When IFS accepts a payoff from your bank or credit union, we will process the payoff and the title or lien satisfaction will be sent to the bank or credit union that sent the payoff unless otherwise instructed.

As the vehicle's primary driver, yes, you will be responsible for acquiring your own insurance. Comprehensive coverage (including fire and theft), in addition to collision, property damage and bodily injury are required.

After you have notified your insurance company, please contact our Insurance Department at 1.800.456.6622 (7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., CST) so that we may properly document your account. In order for IFS to endorse your insurance check, we will need a copy of the insurance estimate and a copy of the body shop repair bill showing repairs have been completed. Simple interest is a method where the payment is allocated between the interest and principal. The interest is calculated based on the Annual Percentage Rate (APR), principal balance, and the number of days between each payment. Interest accrues on a daily basis.

Contact your local DMV office or Tag Service. The original title to your vehicle may be required to complete the registration process. IFS will need a written request for a title from the DMV listing your name, address, account number, and vehicle information. The written request should also have the DMV or Tag Service's address and telephone number listed.

IFS will mail the title, along with the DMV request, to your local DMV office. The DMV office will notify you when the title is received so the registration process can be completed. Please ensure that information on the registration matches the title.

If a copy of the title is required, contact our Customer Service Department at 1.800.456.6622 (7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., CST) to request a copy.

It takes approximately six to ten business days for IFS to complete and mail your registration request to the Department of Motor Vehicles.

A title is a legal document stating you are the owner of the vehicle. When a vehicle has been purchased, the title is required in order to trade or sell the vehicle.

If your account was originally a retail loan, please call IFS at 1.800.456.6622 (7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., CST). We can send a lien release to you. With a lien release you can obtain a duplicate title from your local DMV office.

If your account was originally a retail loan, take your title to your local DMV to have IFS removed as the lien holder. The DMV will issue a new title to you with no lien.
