"Best Car for the Money" award winners are selected by combining the U.S. News Automotive rankings, with five-year total cost of ownership data from analysts at TrueCar.com. The results highlight cars that both delight car reviewers, and provide lower than average ownership costs.
EX earns TOP SAFETY PICK from IIHS for 2008 and 2009
Affording "superior overall crash protection among vehicles in its class," the Infiniti EX35 has earned an Insurance Institute for Highway Safety TOP SAFETY PICK award from 2008 through 2012[*]. With a highest rating of good in the Institute's front, side, and rear tests and standard Vehicle Dynamic Control (VDC)Video Demo, the EX35 was praised by Institute president Adrian Lund as a "leader in its class for state-of-the art-safety."
EX Named a Best New Road Trip Vehicle
Kelley Blue Book's kbb.com named the EX a 2008 Best New Road Trip Vehicle[*], citing the Infiniti EX's "plush, flexible interior" and innovative Lane Departure Prevention[*] technology. Selection criteria included driving enjoyment, passenger comfort, cargo space and fuel economy.
EX Chosen as Best Luxury Crossover for the Money
US News Rankings and Reviews selected the 2010 Infiniti EX as the Best Luxury Crossover in its price range in their Best Cars for the Money 2010 review. The publication awarded the EX an overall rating of 9.0 out of 10, with a full 10/10 for safety.
