Driving is serious business. Only use Infiniti Connection and Infiniti Connection Plus services when safe to do so. Services, including automatic crash notification and SOS, require an active subscription, and are dependent upon the telematics device being in an operative condition, its ability to connect to a wireless network, compatible wireless network availability, navigation map data, and GPS satellite signal receptions, the absence of which can limit or prevent the ability to reach Infiniti Connection Customer Care or receive support. Services require compatible 2G GSM/GPRS cellular network provided by AT&T. 2G cellular network not available in all areas and/or available at all times. Cellular technology is evolving, and changes to cellular networks provided by independent companies are not within Infiniti’s control. AT&T has announced that on December 31, 2016, AT&T will terminate 2G network availability. Like other devices that rely on 2G network coverage, once the 2G network is terminated, Infiniti Connection and Infiniti Connection Plus services will not function unless equipment replacements, upgrades, or alternative 2G network coverage are available at that time, which Infiniti cannot guarantee. Infiniti is not responsible for associated costs that may be required for continued operation due to cellular network termination (including equipment upgrades, if available, or roaming charges on alternative networks). Certain vehicle services, including Google® compatible services, provided by independent companies are not within Infiniti’s control and are subject to change without notice or liability to Infiniti and its affiliates and agents. Complimentary 12 month subscription begins on your date of purchase. Subsequently, your credit card (if on file) will be charged at the then current subscription rate and your service will continue for 1 year periods under the terms of your Subscription Agreement, or until 2G coverage is terminated on December 31, 2016 (if equipment upgrades or roaming charges are not available by that date). Standard text rates and/or data usage may apply. Terms and conditions of Subscription Agreement apply. See InfinitiUSA.com for more information.

When towing at or near Maximum Trailer Weight, the allowable vehicle cargo and/or number of passengers is reduced because it is necessary to stay below the Gross Combined Weight Rating and the Gross Axle Weight Rating. If the vehicle has cargo and passengers, the allowable Maximum Trailer Weight is reduced. See your Towing Guide and owner’s manual for proper use.

Electronic Brake force Distribution (EBD)

To help optimize braking performance for a variety of vehicle loads, EBD adjusts the amount of brake force applied to the front and rear wheels for improved braking performance, reducing front-end "dive" during braking and more even brake wear. Infiniti's Electronic Brake force Distribution (EBD) system detects vehicle-load conditions, such as passengers and luggage, and distributes additional brake pressure to the rear brakes as needed.

Brake Assist (BA)

In emergency braking situations, many drivers don't brake hard enough, soon enough. Brake Assist monitors how you apply the brakes and, sensing emergency braking, helps apply maximum brake force for potentially shorter stops.

4-Wheel Anti-lock Braking System (ABS)

The large, 4-wheel ventilated disc brakes include a 4-wheel, 4-channel Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) to help the driver maintain steering control while braking.

Traction Control System (TCS)

Infiniti G Coupe's Traction Control System (TCS), integrated with Vehicle Dynamic Control, senses wheelspin while accelerating and automatically reduces engine output and/or brakes the spinning wheel to help regain traction.

The slide-away brake pedal assembly moves brake pedal away from the driver in certain frontal collisions.

Vehicle Security System

The Vehicle Security System, which is activated and deactivated using the Infiniti Intelligent Key, will sound the alarm if intrusion is detected.

3.7-liter (3,696cc) 24-valve V6 engine

The 3.7-liter V6 supplying power to the G37 is the famed VQ engine. The engine block is crafted aluminum alloy to help reduce weight and increase responsiveness. Air is fed through high-flow dual intakes that help the engine breathe more freely.

Variable Valve Event and Lift (VVEL®)

Variable Valve Event and Lift (VVEL®) technology continually adjusts intake valve lift and timing, delivering a quicker response and broader torque curve, while improving fuel efficiency.

Actual mileage may vary with driving conditions. Use for comparison only.

7-speed Automatic Transmission and Manual Shift Mode with Downshift Rev Matching

Electronically-controlled 7-speed automatic and manual shift mode offer sequentially-selectable manual gearshifts as well as Downshift Rev Matching that automatically opens the throttle when downshifting to match the rpm, resulting in smoother gear changes.

Intelligent All-Wheel Drive (AWD)

Infiniti's Intelligent All-Wheel Drive provides power and support where and when you need it, instantly adapting to the changing conditions of the road. By constantly monitoring wheelspin, throttle position and vehicle speed, this system automatically diverts up to 50% of the available power to the front wheels, enhancing traction and control when conditions are less than optimal. When all-wheel drive is not needed, the system sends 100% of the power to the rear wheels for more responsive road performance.

Infiniti Intelligent Key with Push Button Ignition

Without being removed from your pocket or purse, the Infiniti Intelligent Key communicates with your Infiniti as you approach, signaling the vehicle to unlock your door or trunk when you touch the sensor. Once inside, the Infiniti Intelligent Key allows the engine to be started with a touch of the Push Button Ignition, then signals the seat, steering wheel and mirrors to adjust to your personalized memory settings.

Dual-zone front Automatic Temperature Control system with microfiltration

This feature allows the driver and front passenger to set their own temperatures within the cabin. In addition, a sensor constantly monitors the quality of the outside air coming into the interior. An in-cabin microfilter filters the air you breathe inside the vehicle, helping to reduce road dust, pollen and other air pollutants.

Infiniti Controller

The Infiniti Controller multifunction control knob is one of the ways you can communicate with your Infiniti. It features easy-to-understand manual controls and optional voice input. Both allow you to control navigation, audio, Bluetooth® Hands-free Phone System and climate control systems. Many functions can be controlled by either the multi-functional control knob, traditional buttons or steering wheel controls, letting you choose the method of interaction that best suits your needs.

The optional RearView Monitor is a convenience, but is not a substitute for proper backing procedures. Always turn and check that it is safe to do so before backing up. May not detect every object behind you.

Front-seat Active Head Restraints (AHR)

In certain rear-end collisions, front-seat Active Head Restraints move upward and forward to help cushion the head, and to help assist in reducing whiplash-type injuries.

Air bags are only a supplemental restraint system; always wear your seat belt. Even with the occupant-classification sensor, rear-facing child restraints should not be placed in the front-passenger's seat. Also, all children 12 and under should ride in the rear seat properly secured in child restraints, booster seats, or seat belts according to their size. Air bags will only inflate in certain accidents; see your owner's manual for more details.

LATCH System (Lower Anchors and Tethers for Children)

Anchor points are located in the rear lower outboard seating positions where the seatback and seat cushion meet and a top tether anchor is located on the parcel shelf. They allow the placement of LATCH System compliant child-restraint seats in the rear seat. LATCH System seats allow easy installation and secure attachment without the need for ALR seat belts or locking clips.

3.7-liter (3,696 cc) 24-valve IPL-tuned V6

The 3.7-liter V6 supplying power to the IPL G Coupe is a specially tuned version of the famed VQ engine. The engine block is crafted aluminum alloy to help reduce weight and increase responsiveness. Air is fed through high-flow dual intakes that help the engine breathe more freely.

Electronically-controlled 7-speed automatic

Electronically controlled 7-speed automatic with Adaptive Shift Control and manual shift mode offer sequentially selectable manual gearshifts as well as Downshift Rev Matching that automatically opens the throttle when downshifting to match the rpm, resulting in smoother gear changes.

To help enhance rear-wheel grip when accelerating, the Infiniti M’s Traction Control System senses wheelspin and automatically reduces engine output and/or brakes the spinning wheel to help improve traction.

Mild-flow vent located on upper dash

Quickly achieving the desired cabin temperature no longer requires a blast of air to the face or hands. Mild-flow vents circulate air over and around passengers, quickly but gently cooling or warming the entire cabin.

Dual-zone Automatic Temperature Control system

You like the cabin a bit cooler. Your companion prefers it a touch warmer. Your Infiniti quickly accommodates both of you by allowing each front occupant to choose his or her very own micro-climate.

Bluetooth® Hands-free Phone System

This technology seamlessly links your compatible mobile phone to the Infiniti's onboard computer system the moment you touch the vehicle's Push Button Ignition. Access phone numbers, answer and make calls through the vehicle's audio system. All without taking your hands off the wheel, or your eyes from the road.

Infiniti Vehicle Immobilizer System

The Infiniti Vehicle Immobilizer System embeds an encoded transponder chip into the Infiniti Intelligent Key. The engine control computer will not allow the engine to start without the correct key and transponder.

The Infiniti Controller multifunction control knob is one of the ways you can communicate with the IPL G Convertible. It features easy-to-understand manual controls and optional voice input. Both allow you to control navigation, audio, Bluetooth® Hands-free Phone and climate control systems. Many functions can be controlled by either the multi-functional control knob, traditional buttons or steering wheel controls, letting you choose the method of interaction that best suits your needs.

Never program while driving. GPS mapping may not be detailed in all areas or reflect current road regulations.

Voice recognition disabled when top is down.

Parking aid/convenience feature. Cannot completely eliminate blind spots. May not detect every object and does not warn of moving objects. Always check surroundings before moving vehicle. Not a substitute for proper backing procedures. Always turn to check what is behind you before backing up.

The Rear Sonar System is a convenience, but is not a substitute for proper backing procedures. Always turn and check that it is safe to do so before backing up. May not detect every object behind you.

In certain rear-end collisions, front-seat Active Head Restraints move upward and forward to help cushion the head, and to help assist in reducing whiplash-type injuries.

Anchor points are located in the rear lower outboard seating positions where the seatback and seat cushion meet, and a top tether anchor is located on the parcel shelf. They allow the placement of LATCH System-compliant child-restraint seats in the rear seat. LATCH System seats allow installation and secure attachment without the need for ALR seat belts or locking clips.

To help optimize braking performance for a variety of vehicle loads, EBD adjusts the amount of brake force applied to the front and rear wheels for improved braking performance, reduced front-end “dive” during braking and more even brake wear. Infiniti's Electronic Brake force Distribution (EBD) system detects vehicle-load conditions, such as passengers and luggage, and distributes additional brake pressure to the rear brakes as needed.

In emergency braking situations, some drivers may not brake hard enough, soon enough. Brake Assist monitors how you apply the brakes and, sensing emergency braking, works with the standard ABS system to apply maximum brake pressure for potentially shorter stops.

Acting in tandem with the Traction Control System, VDC compares actual vehicle cornering performance to the driver’s input, adjusting power levels and/or applying appropriate brake pressure to individual wheels to help correct oversteer or understeer, helping keep the vehicle on the steered path.

The Traction Control System (TCS), integrated with Vehicle Dynamic Control, senses wheelspin while accelerating and automatically reduces engine output and/or brakes the spinning wheel to help regain traction.

Vehicle Dynamic Control, which should remain on when driving except when freeing the vehicle from mud or snow, cannot prevent accidents due to abrupt steering, carelessness, or dangerous driving techniques. Always drive safely.

Tire Pressure Monitoring System is not a substitute for regular tire pressure checks.

The slide-away brake pedal assembly moves brake pedal away from the driver in certain frontal collisions

The Vehicle Security System, which is activated and deactivated using the Infiniti Intelligent Key, will sound the alarm if intrusion is detected.

Infiniti Direct Response Hybrid®

Crafted to deliver signature Infiniti performance, the Infiniti Direct Response Hybrid® system features a 1-motor, 2-clutch parallel engine with a 7-speed automatic transmission and no torque converter. Precise, high-speed motor control technology lets you experience all 360 horsepower*, allowing you to take your Infiniti M® Hybrid from 0 to 60 mph in less than 6 seconds.

*Hybrid System Net Power - 360hp

Hybrid-Electric Power Steering (H-EPS)

Breathtaking switchback paths and the call of the open road can only be answered with precise control. Unlike other hybrids which deliver a detached steering feel from their pure electric power steering systems, the Infiniti M® Hybrid uses a unique vehicle-speed-sensitive Hybrid-Electric Power Steering (H-EPS) system that uses an electric motor to create hydraulic oil pressure to provide a familiar and natural steering feel while enhancing fuel economy.

Independent Front and Rear Suspension with Aluminum-alloy Components

A double-wishbone front and multi-link rear suspension gives the Infiniti M® exquisite ride quality on the open road, and firm, taut handling in corners. Springs, shocks and stabilizer bars are tuned for crisp performance.

Regenerative Braking System

Within the graceful curves of the Infiniti M® Hybrid, an intelligent system is hard at work. When braking, energy that is normally lost is recaptured by the Regenerative Braking System to charge the lithium-ion battery, which helps improve the efficiency of the hybrid powertrain.

Intelligent Cruise Control (Full-Speed Range) is not a collision avoidance or warning device. Designed to use limited braking. Failure to apply the brakes could result in an accident.

Electronically controlled 7-speed automatic with Adaptive Shift Control and manual shift mode offers sequentially selectable manual gearshifts as well as Downshift Rev Matching that automatically opens the throttle when downshifting to match the rpm, resulting in smoother gear changes.

Mention All-Wheel Drive (AWD) and most people’s thoughts turn to rugged, mountainous terrain. In reality, the Intelligent All-Wheel Drive system featured in the Infiniti FX is so advanced it can detect traction needs in most any condition you’re likely to encounter and react accordingly. Intelligent All-Wheel Drive constantly monitors road conditions and automatically shifts from rear-wheel drive to All-Wheel Drive, or anything in between, delivering performance and stability that adapts to most driving conditions.

AVM with MOD cannot completely eliminate blind spots and may not detect every object. MOD operates at vehicle speeds below 5 mph. Always check surroundings before moving vehicle. Not a substitute for proper backing procedures. Always turn to check what is behind you before backing up.

Approaching Vehicle Sound for Pedestrian (VSP)

Infiniti engineers designed the Infiniti-first Approaching Vehicle Sound for Pedestrian (VSP) system. It helps pedestrians hear the vehicle as it approaches, but it does so without distracting the driver or passengers, or lessening the exceptional comfort found inside the Infiniti M® Hybrid.

Intelligent Brake Assist

IBA is not a collision avoidance system. It may not provide warning or braking in certain conditions. Never rely solely on IBA.

Lease Term

The period of time for which a lease agreement is written.

Excess Mileage Charge

A per mile charge for miles driven over the maximum number specified in the lease agreement. At lease signing, the customer can purchase extra miles at $.10 per mile. If you would like to know the amount of miles allowed on your lease or the excess mileage charge at lease end, please call Infiniti Financial Services at 800.887.5155.

Excessive Wear and Use

Damage or usage that goes beyond what is considered normal use. The lessee is responsible for repairing excess wear and tear before turning in the lease vehicle, or for paying the cost of repair if repairs are not made prior to returning the vehicle. (Please refer to your lease agreement for further explanation of wear and use.)

End of Term

The date set for lease expiration. The customer must choose a Lease End Option at this time.

Vehicle Return Date

The date upon which the vehicle is returned to the Dealer.

Fees and Taxes

The total amount a customer will pay for taxes, licenses, registration, title and official (governmental) fees over the term of your lease. Because fees and taxes may change during the term of a lease, they may be stated as estimates.

Purchase Option Fee

An amount a customer may have to pay, in addition to the purchase option price, to exercise any purchase option in a lease agreement.

Title

A legal document that identifies the owner of the vehicle. In a lease agreement, the lessor holds title to the leased vehicle.

Down Payment

In a finance contract, an amount of cash and/or the value of a net trade-in allowance applied to reduce the cash selling price of a vehicle. The greater the down payment, the lower a customer's monthly payments.

Maintenance

The regular periodic care and upkeep of a leased vehicle. Care includes, but is not limited to, minor mechanical repairs such as brake pad replacement, oil changes, alignment adjustments, tire pressure adjustment, etc. (Please see the vehicle's recommended maintenance schedule for full details.)

Mileage Allowance

The number of miles the vehicle may be driven over the term of the lease. Mileage in excess of this limit will be subject to a per-mile charge. (See also Excess Mileage.)

Personal Property Tax

A tax imposed by local authorities based on the assessed value of the leased vehicle on a given date each year. This tax is also known as ad valorem or excise tax. State laws govern whether personal property tax may apply to a leased vehicle.

Adjusted Capitalized Cost

The selling price of a vehicle minus the capitalized cost reduction. This amount is sometimes referred to as the net cap cost.

Purchase Option Price

The price a lessee will pay to purchase the leased vehicle at the end of the lease term.

Lessor

The organization that regularly leases, offers to lease, or arranges for the lease of the vehicle.

Lessee

The customer leasing the vehicle. The lessee is required to make payments and to meet other obligations specified in the lease agreement.

Wear and Use

The deterioration or damage incurred by a vehicle during its operation. This includes things such as chips, scratches, dents, stains, mileage, etc. Normal wear and use is provided for in your lease agreement. (Please refer to the Wear and Use section of your lease agreement for a description of 'Normal' versus 'Excess' wear and use.)

Lease Extension

The continuation of a lease agreement beyond the original term, often one month at a time. There may be a charge for extending the lease.

Lease Maturity

The contractually established date on which a lease ends.
